Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kaizenresellzz@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, that would require a separate, new purchase.
